Hi guys!

My name is Serge Anitsoy and I'd like to tell you about our new rifle stock

This particular stock was made for Tikka T3 Super Varmint rifle, but we can produce such the stocks for the most rifles of different brands

It can be made for right hand users, left hand users, right hand but with the left side bolt, left hand but with the right side bolt. It's a customer choice issue.

We use the laminated blanks made of dyed veneer of Karelian birch from well-known Finnish manufacturer CWP Laminated Blanks.

A lot of riflestocks manufacturers use these laminated blanks. Now we joined them too.

The metal parts of the stock are made of stainless steel and aircraft-grade aluminum alloy. Aluminum parts are hard anodized.

Due to the possibility of using in wet weather conditions, we pay great attention to impregnating our riflestocks with special water-proofing compounds followed by oil-wax treatment.

This gives the product a nice matte appearance and allows you at the same time to remove scratches and dents with just sandpaper, steel wool, etc., followed by re-coating and rubbing the repaired area with oil-wax

The weight of the stock is in the range of 1.6-1.7kg, plus/minus. (3.5-3.8 Pounds)

Our stock is somewhat longer than the standard one by approximately 90mm (3.5 "). This allowed us to move the bipod more forward, which, among other factors, improves the aiming accuracy.

The lower surface of the forearm is flat, parallel to the axis of the barrel and has an integrated Anschutz-type rail for installing of Picatinny or Harris adapters.

The rail has a length of 155mm (6") but can be increased up to 250mm (10"). This is the customer choice issue.

The rail and the adapters have a special groove that keeps the adapters in place even with loose screws

The barrel is fully floating and has a gap with the forearm about 2mm (0.08").

There are the holes in the forearm for better barrel ventilation.

The barrel contour is the customer choice issue. On this particular stock, contour M24 is made. It's a bit too big for this particular barrel, but it provides better ventilation.

Pistol grip. It's designed for full convenience of the shooter's hand

The grip is tilted slightly to the side, turned a bit inward and, obviously, tilted to the axis of the barrel

At the request of the customer, this tilt can be performed at 5, 10, or 15 degrees

In this particular case it’s 10 degrees as the most popular tilt.

There is such an support for the hand at the bottom of the grip

The height of this support is adjustable with screws and spacers. If desired, it can be detached at all.

Also, if desired, stock can be made without this support and pocket for it at the bottom of the grip.

If desired, the grip can be made with some margin. In order for the shooter to adjust the handle to fit his hand with a file, sandpaper and other available hand tools, and then to treat with oil-wax.

About butt. The butt has a retractable shoulder rest, which is adjustable and fixed with a SpeedLock knob. Adjustment range - 30mm (1.2"), adjustment step - 2mm (0.08")

The shoulder rest has an adjustable shoulder pad. The shoulder pad is made of elastic polymer which does not hurt the shooter's shoulder during long shooting.

The shoulder pad can be adjusted in all directions: left, right, up, down, and also rotated around its axis.

To do that just loosen the locking nuts approximately 2.5mm (0.1 "), pull the shoulder pad a little backward and slide it any direction.

Further we tighten these nuts and adjustment is finished.

Fingers' effort is quite enough to tighten the nuts, because there is a special stopping mechanism.

If desired, the shoulder rest can be detached.

This may be needed for cleaning, adjusting, etc.

To do this, we unscrew this screw about 3mm (0.12 ") and pull out the shoulder rest.

About the cheek pad. It has an adjustment range of about 25mm (1 ") in 2mm increments (0.08").

As well as the shoulder rest, the cheek can be detached with a hex key.

This may be necessary for easy cleaning of the rifle. To ramrod handle, if the rod is a bit short, does not hit the cheek pad.

Just unscrew ... I'm not quite comfortable sitting to do it, but I just want to show you how it's done.

At the same time, as you noticed, the knob remains in its place, no springs fly out, and you don’t have to look for them somewhere under the desk

The next adjustable butt piece is monopod. Or "the third leg".

As well as the cheek pad and shoulder rest, the monopod has a SpeedLock knob, which locks it in place and allows you to quickly pull/push the monopod to the desired height. It's up to 76mm (3")

After that, we carry out precise adjustment with this wheel, which allows us to change elevation of the barrel by 5-8 MOA per revolution, depending on how far the bipod is moved forward, that is, depending on this distance.

In the fully retracted in position, the monopod looks like this.

The monopod paw has the shape of a ski. This eliminates bouncing when fired as nothing clings to the surface.

The butt is raised by 10mm compared with the standard height. This allows us to conveniently shoot leaning on the fist even without using a monopod.

Now we go to the inside, or to the receiver mounting.

The stock is equipped with two aluminum alloy pillars which allow you to tighten the receiver screws more tightly without damage to the laminated material the stock is made of.

Special recesses have been made around pillars to facilitate bedding. These recesses have a depth of about 2.5mm (0.1 "). They are filled with epoxy compound. Thus, the bedding is much easier. You do not need to cut the recesses by yourself.

The recesses themselves have grooved surfaces to improve adhesion with the epoxy compound.

The recesses are executed by default, but the customer can cancel them.

Anyway we strongly recommend bedding, especially in cases where the recesses are already done. This way you will improve both accuracy and reliability.

Torque when tightening the screws of the receiver should be within 6-6.5Nm (53-57 inch*pound)

It's briefly everything I wanted to tell you about our riflestocks. Purchase, shoot, have fun!
