Я напишу это по-русски, чтобы и "те" прочитали.
Ровно три года назад был похищен и убит 43-летний Владимир Рыбак, украинский депутат в Горловке, чья вина состояла лишь в том, что он пытался вернуть на горсовет украинский флаг. Три дня спустя он был мертв. "Бес" Безлер поручил "нейтрализовать". Стрелков-Гиркин поручил избавиться от тела.

 

22 апреля его нашли в реке рядом с ещё одним украинским активистом - Юрием Поправкой. Юрию было 19. Их жестоко, страшно пытали, после чего потерявших от мук сознание, со вспоротыми животами бросили в реку. Владимира опознала жена. Юрия - мама. 

 

Тогда, в те дни уже была война, но не было ощущения войны. Уже месяц прошёл, как нашли замученным Решата Аметова, уже похищали, пытали и убивали украинских активистов по всему Крыму и Донбассу. Но казалось, ещё все можно было развернуть. Ещё не было этого моря из крови и этой пропасти из ненависти. Но это НАМ так казалось. А Бес, Стрелок, Бородай и их хозяин в Кремле уже работали на войну. Иначе зачем было убивать безоружного человека? Зачем пытать? Зачем вспарывать животы и бросать в реку?
Рыбак не боялся. А Бесу, Стрелку, Бородаю и хозяину нужно было, чтобы боялись.
Вы спрашиваете откуда пришла война? Её сделали, слепили по кусочкам бесы, которым Россия нынче рукоплещет как национальным героям.

"Пошёл нахуй, предатель народа! Нахуй пошёл, продажная шлюха! Народ знает, кто ты такой, козёл!" - под такие крики и улюлюканье обычных на вид бабушек и дедушек, молодых мамаш и агрессивных "пророссийских активистов", на глазах у совершенно равнодушных сотрудников тогда ещё милиции 17 апреля 2014 года в центре Горловки Донецкой области был похищен депутат Горловского горсовета Владимир Рыбак, который хотел заменить флаг "Донецкой народной республики" на желто-голубой. 

Местные взашей вытолкали депутата, затолкали его в подъехавшую машину и увезли в неизвестном направлении. Позднее выяснится, что вывезли его в захваченный российскими оккупантами Славянск, в захваченное здание СБУ, где Рыбака вместе с другими пленными жестоко пытали "во имя России, Путина и русского мира". 

19 апреля 2014 года в реке Казенный Торец найдут два изуродованных тела, в том числе труп Владимира Рыбака. Они были со вспоротыми животами и следами пыток ножом и раскаленными предметами. Обоих еще живыми выбросили в воду, привязав мешки с песком, чтобы не всплыли.

- Самыми страшными в период российской агрессии в Украине оказались самые обычные люди. Самые обычные бабушки и дедушки, которые говорили и продолжают говорить: "Мы за мир. Лишь бы не было войны". Потому что они - потенциальные предатели. На них, мечтающих вернуться в Россию и в Совок, в котором они были молодыми и красивыми, опираться нельзя, - считает жительница Краматорска Марина Недоруба, которую российские оккупанты схватят в плен 10 мая 2014 года на блокпосту "ДНР" под Славянском. 

"Мы - за мир!". Россия. "Русский мир". "Дружба народов". "Великий российский народ". "Россияне и украинцы братья навек".

The four men – Honcharenko, Oleksandr Kostyuk; Vladislav Masteha and Artem Voilokov - have produced 

, claiming that they were carrying out their ‘constitutional duty’ during Euromaidan, “countering radicals and protecting the life of law-abiding citizens”.  They present their criminal prosecution as some kind of persecution and claim that after the Head of the Special Investigations Department, Serhiy Horbatyuk, publicly stated that the investigators would be complaining about the judges who released Honcharenko, they understood that it was “simply dangerous to remain in Ukraine”.   The video ends with the extraordinary claim that the men now in hiding are willing to prove their innocence in an independent court.  

Honcharenko is suspected of killing three people on February 18, 2014, the first of the two bloodiest days of Euromaidan.  He was released from custody under a personal undertaking which the court chose to believe had some meaning.  The April 6 ruling was not subject to appeal.

Valentin Rybin, Honcharenko’s lawyer, has told Censor.net that the men did not flee, since they were not under any restraint measure, but merely “moved to a safe place”. 

In fact, Honcharenko has broken the terms of his release for custody, though the other three former ex-Berkut officers were not, indeed, under any restraint measure despite the fact that all are facing charges over suspected crimes against Maidan activists.  According to Rybin, Kostyuk’s personal undertaking had expired in March.  Voilokov and Masteha had been under house arrest until April 13, but this had ended, and the men promptly got on a bus and crossed into Russia where a number of other former Berkut officers are already in hiding.  Many of them released Russian citizenship according to fast-track procedure. 

Honcharenko was arrested together with three other ex-Berkut officers in June 2016.  All four men were then still working in the police force.  Although Honcharenko was accused together with Oleksandr Belov of the killing of 3 Maidan activists, only Honcharenko was remanded in custody.  An initial attempt to get him released into house arrest in November that year failed.

Honcharenko and Kostyuk were two of the three officers who stopped three journalists and assaulted one of them on Jan 29, 2015. 

Kostyantin Reutsky, a human rights activist who was reporting for Hromadske TV, together with Anastasia Stanko, together with Pawel Pieniążek from the Polish ‘Krytyka Polityczna’, were returning to Kyiv from the ATO [anti-terrorist operation] zone where they had been working for two weeks.  Reutsky, who was collecting material for a Luhansk Internet publication, was driving.

They were stopped at a checkpoint near Kharkiv by a group of traffic police officers whom they knew to be former Berkut riot police officers.  The officers appear to have become aggressive when Reutsky videoed them examining the car and Reutsky was thrown to the ground and punched.  Reutski and his colleagues reported then that one of the officers had jeered at them, saying that nothing had been done to them over their role on Maidan, so they had no need to worry about some journalists.

Despite demands from journalists and civic activists, no proper investigation was ever carried out, however Honcharenko was later arrested on Maidan charges.

Only to be released from custody and enabled to flee from justice. 

This is not the first such case where courts have passed highly suspect rulings allowing key suspects to abscond.  Dmytry Sadovnyk, the commander of a Berkut unit directly implicated in the killing of 39 activists, was arrested in April 2014.  He was remanded in custody, but then on Sept 19, 2014 released by Judge Svetlana Volkova from the Pechersky District Court.  By Oct 1 it became clear that Sadovnyk had fled.  There were angry statements then, promising an investigation into Volkova’s actions.  None was ever carried out, and Horbatyuk has repeated complained of ongoing attempts by the courts to sabotage prosecutions of suspects in Maidan cases.

Сьогодні згадували Володимира Рибака, якого викрали прямо на чистий четвер та замучили до смерті у квітні 2014 року. Із того часу при словах “почути Донбас” у мене перед очима постає він, який на останньому прижиттєвому відео твердо вимагає повернути державний прапор на будівлю міської ради. У нього тоді не було нічого, що протиставити збройній агресії. Тільки слово та власний приклад.

На акцію пам’яті прийшли і люди із його рідної Горлівки. Вони досі бояться потрапити на відео, бо в окупованому місті у них лишилися рідні. Його дружина Elena Rybak розповідала про розслідування обставин його смерті, яке вона провела власними зусиллями. Прочитала тремтливий вірш сина, присвячений загиблому батькові.

Разом з тілом Володимира знайшли ще двох закатованих активістів зовсім молоденьких Юрія Дяковського та Юрія Поправка. А ви знаєте, що у матері 19-річного студента Поправки досі стоїть на аватарці фотографія загиблого сина? Біль...

Защитит Днепр каждый из нас. Каждый, кому не все равно. Таких тут подавляющее большинство.
