По сюжету президента США заселяют в точную копию Белого дома. При этом политик продолжает думать, что все еще руководит страной. Специально для поддержания иллюзии нанимают актеров, которые изображают его помощников, сенаторов, ведущих теленовостей и посетителей дебатов.
